Nature Made and Mom Central sent me a 3-month supply of SAM-E so I could share my honest opinion. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks, and, while I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference, I’ve definitely been feeling good. I don’t feel like it’s truly uplifted my mood in a large way, but I feel like it’s one of those supplements that likely helps everything “behind the scenes” to smooth out my mood.
