Most people don’t believe that Minnesota ever gets hot, but this Minnesota mom can tell you otherwise! We’ve been enduring 90+ degree days throughout the past few months, and my husband and I have been coming up with all sorts of ways to keep ourselves and the kids cool! Of course we drink plenty of water and run the air conditioner nonstop, but summer also means cold treats in our house! Our fridge is stocked with Popsicles for the kids, but I want something a little more indulgent (I’m pretty sure I deserve it!).

They all looked so good, it was hard to choose, but I went home with the Triple Chocolate Chip Bars. The size is just right and they’re pretty decadent for the calorie content.
