I was excited to find the costume I was already planning to buy on this website.. Tried to use the %10 off coupon and it says my order doesn’t “qualify” for the coupon. There is no details or explanation of why. Guess I’ll go to Target or Kohl’s it’ll be cheaper not paying S&H.
Hopefully the coupons work for someone else!
