FYI. When I tried, it said, “sample is in preview mode. You cannot proceed beyond this point.” Maybe try back later?

I tried to sign up and received a notice saying: This sample is in preview mode. You can not go beyond this point.” It would not let me pass the “your info” page. Sounds like a great offer. Is it only offered in certain states? Thanks.
