I almost always have fun birthday parties on the brain, and Cookie Monster party ideas are everywhere!

After searching through a lot of different decorations and treats for Cookie Monster party ideas, I had a realization. A bunch of different royal blue items are all you really need to really communicate a fun party atmosphere! If you add some fluff and googly eyes, you're well on your way to a great Cookie Monster party!
