A Few Tips
Uppercase F is E without the bottom shelf. If your child already knows E, point that out – same tall line, same two shelves at the top and middle, just missing the bottom one. That connection makes F much easier to remember.
Lowercase f is one of the harder letters. It starts with a curve at the top like a candy cane hook, comes down in a straight line, then gets a crossbar across the middle. The curved top is where most kids go wrong, because they want to start straight. Focus on the hook first, then the crossbar.
Laminate it. Both the uppercase and lowercase versions benefit from repetition. A page protector and dry-erase marker makes that easy without wasting paper.
