I’m pretty sure thinking about potty training and wondering when to start is almost as stressful as potty training itself! That’s exactly why you need my free printable potty training readiness checklist!

It’s true that I didn’t put too much weight on the signs of potty training readiness when my daughter started potty training at 18 months. At the same time, just reading through the list was very valuable and I promise it will help you, too!

The potty training readiness checklist will help you get familiar with what to look for and behavior to encourage if you’re apprehensive about breaking out the potty seat!

The signs of potty training readiness aren’t a secret. But printing out all the signs in a checklist is a really helpful potty training tool!

3 reasons you need the printable potty training readiness checklist:

  1. Chances are good that you’ll look at it more than once. I know I’m not the only one who searches for and and visit a page on the internet over and over again. But this potty training readiness list isn’t going to change. Just get it now so you’ll have it when you need to see it.
  2. Posting the checklist and seeing it regularly is a great reminder of the signs you’re looking for. You’re probably not going to see them all at once. When your child shows a sign of potty training readiness you’ll instantly recognize it.
  3. Posting the checklist is motivating. While you shouldn’t obsess over all the little signs of potty training readiness, you can reference it to ask your child questions and encourage her to move in the right direction.
